Kris Nejat

Kris Nejat is an attorney who concentrates in personal injury and commercial litigation. Kris is licensed to practice law in both New York and New Jersey and is fluent in Farsi. Kris earned his Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Management from Rutgers University in May 2005. He earned a Law Degree in conjunction with a Masters’ Degree of Business Administration from Rutgers University in 2010. Kris served on the Editorial Board of the Rutgers Journal of Law & Religion, where he had two articles chosen for publication. Professionally, Kris spent several years at a large law firm, handling cases in the areas of Employment Law, Municipal and Public Entity Litigation, Professional Liability, and Healthcare Litigation. Kris had dedicated his career to protecting the rights of individuals who have been injured, wronged, and/or fallen victim to injustice.
