BNI 53 is a group of business professionals and entrepreneurs that meets each Tuesday morning to support each other in their business. Members apply, are vetted, and if approved, occupy an exclusive seat for his or her profession. That specific occupation, or "seat", then becomes closed to competitors for the purposes of the group. That exclusivity is one of the things that separates BNI from other networking formats.
Following the theme "Giver's Gain", each of us becomes an active part of one another's sales force. At our meetings, we educate other members and visitors on the types of referrals we are looking for and the people we are looking to meet. Members also are encouraged to meet One-on-One with other members and visitors in between the weekly meetings so that deeper connections are made. As a result, when referral opportunities come up, the member is able to make a connection and refer business to others in the group.
We host as many as 20 guests per week, and we welcome you to visit us. BNI 53 is one of the highest performing groups in the NYC region and our guests often comment on the positive energy of our meetings.

You will receive a reply from a member of the Visitor Host Team or Leadership Team to confirm your visit. We meet every Tuesday on Zoom. We ask that guests log on at 6:45am so that we may greet you, and so that you may participate in networking breakout rooms. The meeting agenda is very similar each week, and each member and guest has the opportunity to present a 30-second commercial. Plan to be with us until about 8:45am.
