Rachel Green

Rachel Fishman Green, Esq. founded ReSolution more than 20 years ago. ​She is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Family & Divorce Mediation Council of Greater New York and currently Chairs the Ethics Committee where she was Editor-In-Chief of their newsletter for 5 years. She also co-chaired the Domestic Violence Task Force. She is a frequent presenter on Ethics and Domestic Violence at conferences and seminars given by the New York State Council on Divorce Mediation and the Family & Divorce Mediation Council of Greater New York. She also mediates disputes about allegations of attorney misconduct, referred to her by the Judicial Grievance Committee. ​ ​Rachel has helped thousands of divorcing and separating couples resolve conflicts concerning all aspects of divorce including, division of homes, time with children, dividing small businesses, fair distribution of pension assets, child support, division of health and child care expenses, taxes of divorcing couples and how to bring new girlfriend/boyfriend into children’s lives. She also is a specialist in mediating prenuptial agreements, focusing on making conscious the 'money stories' we all carry from our families of origin, and increasing understanding of your assumptions, and your fiance(e)'s, about money and marriage, while also protecting spouses from the 'mess' that can be caused by the end of a marriage.
