Sean Bloch

The founder of Block Financial Resources, Sean Bloch, graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2003 with a degree in Economics. Shortly after graduating, Sean quickly emerged as a top-producing mortgage broker in the Manhattan-area through a relentless work ethic and a customer-first approach. After four years of experience as a mortgage broker, mortgage banker, sales manager and processor, Sean created Block Financial Resources in March of 2008. The financial crisis was at its peak and Sean saw an opportunity to step into a market when mortgage companies had lost the trust of the public. The company was built with the intention of providing low fees and rates, coupled with elite service. Sean started the company from a small walk-up apartment on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, and has seen the company grow exponentially every year it’s been in business.
